MixERP offers the following guarantee. If you purchase the MixERP course and for some reason you decide that you would like a refund, you have 30 days to request a refund. If you request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, MixERP will give you a full refund minus the setup cost of your purchase price for the course. If you do not request a refund within the 30 day refund period, you forfeit this option and will not be eligible for a money back guarantee.
MixERP is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our product, you may request for partial refunds if you have paid us in advance. Since MixERP provides discounts on advance payment, you will get the full refund minus the standard price multiplied by the months of service you used the service. For partial periods, MixERP will round up 15 days or more as a one complete billing month, whereas 14 days or less will be provided in your favor, counted as 0 (zero) billing month.
We do not offer refunds on customization and implementation services.
